SIGPLAN CARES is a new SIGPLAN committee composed of people willing to listen to and help anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or other ethical policy violations at SIGPLAN events or in related SIGPLAN publications. The committee members can be a sounding board for these people and can provide advice on the steps necessary to have the matter further investigated by ACM.
