This talk explores the #TaiwanModel of pandemic resilience as a functional non-imperative-style measure. Instead of lockdowns, we focus on parallelizable R₀-reducing social scripts that can be applied in any order, minimizing the side effects on constitutional democracy and maximizing compositionality of collective intelligence.
